What is the 7-minute workout exactly? A full-body workout, consisting of 12 high-intensity strength and aerobic (cardio) bodyweight exercises.

Each exercise takes 30 seconds. Done right after another, with a (recommended) maximum of 10 seconds rest between exercises. While doing each exercise, you’re expected to maintain an intensity of 8/10 according to the ACSM guidelines.
