The THFF Team
The team of experts at The Home Fit Freak is made up of trainers, coaches, psychologists, and plain old fitness enthusiasts.
Founder
I’m a registered psychologist (B.Psych, MAppPsych) with a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology (I/O Psych). I also did minor degrees in Human Biology and Sport and Exercise Science. When I’m not doing my ‘day job’ of developing better, healthier leaders, I’m being a dad to my two beautiful boys. When I’m not doing that, I’m working out in my garage gym, or reading up on the latest in exercise science. I’ve always been into fitness and exercise, and have a love affair with Powerlifting (300, 450, 240) and calisthenics. Basketball is my sport, and the Lakers are my team. I know sport and exercise inside and out. I love reading about it and I love writing about it.
